Because the cap liners, septa and cap lining systems we manufacture require such high standards, ILT’s goal is to provide quality, reliability and cleanliness in all its products to all its customers. Accordingly, our parts are manufactured in strict dimensional tolerances using a system of highly accurate tooling which is validated before introduction into our manufacturing environment.

In order to ensure the consistency of the products we make for our customers, we test every batch made. We also use a state-of-the-art vision inspection system, and have trained our manufacturing and production workers in the best practices of quality control.

While we continue to hold to our policy of being able to hand manufacture small numbers of cap liners, septa and cap lining systems to meet a customer’s need, we have aggressively embraced automation to increase the quality of the parts manufactured in larger runs. ILT’s in-house staff of highly skilled engineers is capable of designing and constructing our own automatic machinery. Our plant is truly state-of-the-art and we proudly welcome customer visits.
