We can do this because we own our own molds and machinery, allowing us to manufacture almost any part. Accordingly, we are pleased to offer a high level of customization in the compression and transfer molding of injection port septa, headspace septa, and other diagnostic and pharmaceutical septa, with the end user benefit accruing to our customers.

In addition to our custom molding and manufacturing capabilities, we also calendar our own silicone and can produce sheet silicone laminates from any grade and durometer required. From small sample orders to high-volume orders, we can fill your needs using our sheeting and calendaring technologies. And, of course, our customers can order our caps and liners in any custom color desired.
